Our Facility

We have invested in a state-of-the-art facility allowing us to provide top-quality service to all our customers. We boast one of the largest ovens in the area measuring 9 metre long x 3m wide x 3m tall and is equipped with a water wash curtain.

A powder coating water wash system is designed to reduce waste and promote sustainability in the powder coating process. It works by using water to clean excess powder from the application equipment and capture overspray before it can escape into the air. The water then goes through a filtration system to remove the powder particles, allowing it to be reused in the system.
